What this site collects
- Nothing, passively. This site ships no analytics scripts, no advertising pixels, no third-party trackers, and no cookies of its own.
- What you type, deliberately. If you submit the contact form, the scorecard report request, or a tool result, we receive exactly the fields you filled in, tagged with a technical trace identifier and the page you sent it from.
- Calculator inputs stay in your browser. The tools and scorecard compute locally; numbers you enter are transmitted only if you explicitly submit a form.
How submissions are handled
- Submissions travel over HTTPS to our own endpoint and are delivered to the system where we manage inquiries.
- We use what you send to respond to you. We do not sell it, rent it, or add you to a mailing list you did not ask for.
- Server logs record technical operation data (trace ID, timing, success or failure) but never the content of your message, your email, or other personal details.
Forms we run on client websites
When Ferragrid runs the contact form on a client's website, what a visitor submits is delivered to that client and handled for that client under our written agreement with them. We do not use it for our own purposes.
Text messages
- Who receives them. Ferragrid texts only people who agreed in writing: Lead Alerts go to Ferragrid's own staff and to staff of our client businesses under their service agreement; Text Updates go to people who signed up on our text updates page or by texting a keyword to our number. We never text anyone who has not agreed, and we never buy or rent phone lists.
- What we keep. The mobile number, the first name if given, which program it joined, when and where consent was given, the exact consent wording shown, the IP address it was given from, and a record of each text sent. We keep the consent record for five years after the most recent consent as proof of that consent.
- What we never do. Mobile numbers and text message consent are not sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Our text message provider processes numbers only to deliver our texts.
- Stopping. Reply STOP to any Ferragrid text to end all Ferragrid texts to that number, or HELP for help. Program terms are in the site terms.
- Text programs we run for clients. When Ferragrid runs a text program for a client business, the texts come from that business under its own registration and consent records, and the numbers are handled for that business under our agreement with it.
Third parties
Scheduling, when enabled, is provided by an external booking service loaded on the booking page only; its own privacy policy applies to what you enter there. Site hosting is provided by our hosting platform, which may process standard technical request data (such as IP addresses) to serve the site. Text message alerts are delivered through a text message provider, which receives only the enrolled number and the alert text.
Your choices
- You can use every informational page and every calculator without submitting anything.
- You can ask us to delete inquiry data you previously sent; contact us using the details on the contact page.
